Sapphire & Sons Construction and Care was founded on March 21, 2018 by Ella Stephenson, RN, a dedicated healthcare professional with over 20 years of nursing experience. With her unique background in both medicine and construction, Ella saw the need for safer, more accessible living spaces—especially for underserved communities in Georgia.
At SSCC, we specialize in customized home modification and accessibility solutions for individuals with disabilities, elderly homeowners, and clients under Medicaid Waiver, Worker’s Compensation, and Veterans programs.
By combining clinical insight with construction expertise, our team delivers safe, ADA-compliant, and insurance-friendly renovations that not only meet medical and accessibility needs but also enhance independence and improve quality of life.
